These terms apply to all visitors, clients and customers across two areas of our business:
Digital Marketing Services — Social Media, SEO, Web Development, AI Automation, Graphic Design, Paid Ads, Content Writing and more.
Online Store — Physical products including our Hair Oil and any other products available in our store.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Our Digital Marketing Services
Qarnain Marketing provides professional digital marketing services. By hiring us, you agree to the following:
Service Scope: All work will be based on the agreed scope discussed during consultation. Any additional work outside the original scope may require a separate agreement and payment.
Timelines: Project timelines are estimated and agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by client-side factors (late content, feedback or approvals) are not our responsibility.
Client Content: You are responsible for ensuring any content, logos or materials you provide are legally owned by you and do not infringe third-party rights.
Results: While we work hard to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for SEO rankings, ad performance or social media growth as these depend on multiple external factors.
Confidentiality: All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Section 02
Online Store & Orders
Our online store sells physical products including our Hair Oil. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
Order Accuracy: Please ensure your name, delivery address and contact number are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Product Description: We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Images are for illustrative purposes and slight variations may occur.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email after your order is placed. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Payment Terms
For Digital Marketing Services:
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion for larger projects.
Work will not commence until the initial payment is received and confirmed.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we fail to deliver the agreed service.
For Store Orders:
Payment is required at the time of order placement.
We accept payments through our available payment methods as listed at checkout.
Cash on delivery (COD) may be available for certain locations — check at checkout.

Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
Shipping Partner: We work with reliable courier services to deliver your order safely. A tracking number will be shared once dispatched.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping may be available on request — contact us for details.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
For urgent orders or specific delivery requirements, please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Refunds
Store Products (Hair Oil & Physical Items):
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unopened and in original condition.
Damaged or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Return Process: Contact us on WhatsApp or email to initiate a return. Do not send items back without our prior approval.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Digital Marketing Services:
Refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions.
In cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund will be considered at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
Our Content: All website content, designs, graphics and branding on qarnainmarketing.online are the property of Qarnain Marketing. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Client Deliverables: Once full payment is received, ownership of the completed work (logos, websites, graphics etc.) transfers to the client.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality.
Free Books: All PDF books in our free library are shared for educational purposes only. Redistribution for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Client Responsibilities
As a client or customer of Qarnain Marketing, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or placing orders.
Respond to communication requests in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent or unethical purposes.
Not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer or resell our services or deliverables without permission.
Respect our team’s working process and provide constructive feedback within agreed revision rounds.

Limitation of Liability
Qarnain Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.
We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (Facebook, Google, Instagram etc.) that may affect campaign performance.
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue or business opportunities resulting from delays or service interruptions beyond our control.

Books are free to download and read for personal, non-commercial use only.
Redistribution, resale or republishing of any book from our library is strictly prohibited.
